*** By Processing Payment, the Buyer Acknowledges and Agrees to the following Edgyvette Terms and Conditions. ***

Shipping and Tax

 ** Shipping Insurance is included on EV orders and included in pricing, unless buyer refuses and assumes all carrier shipping risk. ** 

**Orders are expedited as quickly as possible, AFTER full payment processing. Order delivery times may be altered by vendors, suppliers, specialized technicians, and service orders already in queue. Therefore, firm delivery times cannot be provided. *Orders usually ship within 5-7 business days. EV encourages customers to schedule installation or auto services AFTER purchased items have arrived. Supplier and Shipping Carrier delays may occur that effect delivery times; and unfortunately, are out of EV’s control. 

* Expedited/Rush Orders may be available with additional fees. *All Sales are subject to Any Applicable Tax and Shipping Fees; which may be billed separately via a PayPal Invoice. 

* Edgyvette takes extra care when packaging and shipping of items originating from EV company locations and does provide insurance for these shipped items. The buyer may request the carrier company to utilize their packaging services at the buyer’s expense. EV will process the request and provide proof of carrier packaging services. This request may delay the shipment process. *EV Proprietary Parts are shipped via “Signature Required” service. Please check the package PRIOR to signing for receipt. Signatures confirm parts are delivered safely and in good condition. No return Signature Delivered Packages.

Return Procedure

 To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to report dissatisfaction of items received, please email Return Requests to: Yve@Edgyvette.Com within 24 hours of delivery receipt. In the subject line list “Return Request for RMA”, provide reason for return and any related documentation for the request. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number! Please include a copy of the original receipt, invoice number, part number/description, and photo documentation of the items with the RMA Request. All returns must be postage paid and insured for 100% value of the returned item. Returns must be securely packaged in the Original Packaging. If Returns are damaged by a shipping carrier, the customer is responsible for filing a carrier claim for damages. EV is not responsible for Returns damaged due to improper packing or uninsured Returns. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted. Shipping charges outside of standard delivery processes are not refundable. * Cancellations will be assessed a 15% charge for non-shipped purchased items to cover order processing fees. All return orders, or orders processed with tracking/shipping information will be charged a 25% Restocking Fee or Manufacturer Restocking Fee, if greater. *Core Returns accepted, and refunds given up to 20 business days days. Cores returned received beyond 20 business days, become property of Edgyvette* Core Returns are processed upon the return delivery date: 100% up to 7 business days, 75% up to 14 business days, and 50% up to 20 business days. Return Amounts: Intake manifold- $180. Throttle body- $80. Business Days count as Monday – Friday. A $25 fee is charged for unclean/poor condition returns. Customer responsible for shipping and providing tracking information to yve@edgyvette.com. Return to: EV Core Returns, 11622 Wellman Drive, Riverview, FL 33578. ALL returns MUST be in original packaging and include EV Receipt. Uninstalled EV Ported Parts are non-refundable. A one-time exchange is allowed on uninstalled EV Ported Parts. EV Ported Parts MUST be returned for the exchange within 10 business days of delivery date. Customer is responsible for all shipping for the exchanged EV Ported Parts. **24 HOUR EV Proprietary Parts Return Policy: All EV Parts ship with “Signature Required” Service. By signing for package delivery, customer’s acknowledge parts received are in good condition, without damage. PLEASE OPEN AND CHECK ALL SHIPPED PACKAGES BEFORE SIGNING FOR “Receipt of Package”. No returns accepted for Signature Delivered Packages.

Return Policy

 You may return parts to Edgyvette within 10 business days of delivery receipt date. No returns will be accepted after the 10 business days have expired. Business Days count as Monday-Friday. All parts to be returned must be in their original condition, with any parts specific manufacturer/supplier packaging. Edgyvette is not responsible for installation errors or damage due to improper installation or abuse. Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse, are not returnable, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other expenses caused using wrong or defective parts during installation. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify correctness of all parts prior to purchase. Shipping charges outside of standard delivery processes are not refundable. * Cancellations will be assessed a 15% charge for non-shipped purchased items to cover order processing fees. All return orders, or orders processed with tracking/shipping information will be charged a 25% Restocking Fee or Manufacturer Restocking Fee, if greater. All defects in workmanship done directly by Edgyvette may be returned for repair, one-time replacement, or a company credit (upon receipt of EV item return) of equal value in a good faith effort to resolving workmanship related issues. Proof of defection by photos or videos from receipt of product to installation is required to ensure best solution for returned items. All repair work will be performed by Edgyvette. Any unauthorized work done will void any warranty, repair, replacement, or credit that would normally be covered and will render the item as non-returnable. 

If parts ship directly from the manufacturer, wholesale house, vendor, supplier or service provider on behalf of Edgyvette to complete the buyer’s order, the buyer may be requested to return those items to the entities for quality inspection prior to Edgyvette processing return requests. Any parts shipped directly from the Manufacturer must be returned to the Manufacturer for inspection and are subject to the Manufacturer’s return policy. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. 

Non-Returnable Parts

 Special-Order Parts (ex: wheels and tires), Porting Serviced Parts (except a 1 time exchange only), Installed Parts, Painted Parts (ex: cosmetically enhanced), Used Parts (ex: previous shop car parts) cannot be returned for any reason. 

Warranty Parts

 Parts used for racing or competition carry a manufacturer’s defect warranty only. They are not warranted for breakage or wear under any circumstance. Some manufacturers require the parts be sent directly back to the manufacturer. 

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Parts

 In the event your order is damaged, incorrect or items are missing, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery receipt date to Yve@Edgyvette.Com . Claims must be reported by invoice number, part number/description, and photo documentation of damaged items. Damaged or missing items will be claimed through the applicable manufacturer or shipping company. If applicable, the manufacturer will be requested to provide correct ordered items. The customer will be refunded for any damaged or missing parts upon receipt of claim payment from the shipping company or replaced by the manufacturer if directly shipped from them. The claim process usually takes 2-3 weeks. Edgyvette cannot guarantee the outcome of claims from the shipping company or the offered resolution by the direct manufacturer company. Edgyvette will make every effort to resolve the claim expeditiously and replace damaged items as quick as possible. Unfortunately, Edgyvette cannot refund or replace any items prior to a carrier claim resolution

Refunds

 Refunds for returns normally process and credit within 10 business days from the date we receive your return at the EV company’s locations. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card, PayPal account, or method you used to buy the merchandise. Please be aware that the PayPal/Credit Card/Bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 17 days, please call us at 980-272-7522 and we will respond to you immediately. Shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders will be charged a 25% Restocking fee or Manufacturer Restocking Fee, if greater. Edgyvette is not responsible for the length of time an order shipped by a manufacturer may take for resolution. If carrier damages occur when customers are responsible for shipping items, the customer is responsible for processing carrier damage claims. EV cannot expedite returns/exchanges/refunds on carrier damaged items received from customer. Customers may choose to insure items for which they are responsible for the shipping charges and cover shipping expenses for EV to return damaged items to customer. 

Buyer Responsibility

 It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify correctness of all parts prior to purchase. By accepting Edgyvette invoices and processing payment for parts/services ordered, the Buyer acknowledges/confirms the correctness of the listed parts; as well as the Edgyvette Return Policy herein. When ordering parts and accessories for vehicles still under the manufacturer’s warranty, it is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to ensure that the warranty will not be adversely affected by the installation of these parts. If in doubt, please contact your local servicing dealership or the vehicle manufacturer before ordering. Edgyvette cannot accept return requests for parts due to vehicle warranty issues. Orders will be filled after payment process is complete. Please be aware that the PayPal/Credit Card/Bank may take 4-7 business days to complete the payment acceptance process to Edgyvette, although it may show processed on the buyer’s end (or PayPal/Credit Card outgoing account). ~Edgyvette reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any parts that show evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer. *All information listed is subject to change without notice*
