PTS Single Turbo
The PTS C7 Corvette Single Turbo kit is the first over the counter single turbo kit offered for the C7 Corvette. This kit works for base, Grand Sport and Z06 models. This turbo system is specifically designed for fast spooling. Even with large turbos, we are able to achieve full boost before 4000rpm and peak power all the way to red line. Fast throttle response, quiet operation, tons of mid range power, with high quality parts and materials, fully hand fabricated and TIG welded in house. Kit installs easily, with basic hand tools and can be done in an afternoon in your garage. Simplicity starts with using the stock passenger manifold and bolting on the rest of the kit from there. Cross over piping is fully constructed from 2.5″ formed .065″ wall stainless tubing, for unmatched strength the included driver side tubular manifold is built from schedule 10 1.5″ 304 stainless ( .120″ wall thickness ) using all interlocking V band connections for a leak free seal. A JGS wastegate controls exhaust pressure within .2 lbs across the board. Charge air cooling is done with our giant PTSFAB custom 31×9.5×5″ intercooler, fitted with a 50mm BOV to keep boost pressure under control on and off the throttle. This system uses a full 3.5″ down pipe that leads to a Y pipe that can be fitted to either stock mid pipes or used in conjunction with aftermarket mid pipes. This kit requires NO cutting of the car, no modifications that permanently change any parts, includes everything needed to turbocharge your C7 right out of the box!

This kit replaces the factory pcv valve stopping airflow (and oil) into the floor of the supercharger on Gen V LT4 DI engines (2015+ Z06 and Cts-V)
LT4 PCV ‘ported’ fitting re-routes the crankcase flow to the outside of the engine, so that it can be used for external ventilation.
PCV can set up with 10AN inlet from driver valve cover using included adapter for 1000hp capacity
